Sometimes you don’t need a big dessert – just something to snack on. These candied pecans are the perfect movie night munchie that you’ll be able to throw back by the handful. They’re crunchy, sweet, and a little bit festive too.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ cup cannabutter
- 1 pound pecan halves
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 250°F and mix your sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl.
- Whisk your egg white with the water in a separate bowl until the mixture is well combined and frothy.
- Throw your pecan halves into the egg white mixture.
- In a larger bowl, add your sugar mixture and melted cannabutter into the pecan mixture.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the nuts are evenly browned and dry. Be sure to stir them every 15 minutes for an even bake.

For this recipe, you can go the full homemade route with DIY-style pie crust and pumpkin puree, or you can choose store-bought products to expedite the process.
Ingredients:
- 9-inch pie crust
- 1 ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 2 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- Alternatively, use a combination of cinnamon (2 tsp), ground ginger (1 tsp), ground nutmeg (½ tsp), and ground cloves (¼ tsp).
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cannaoil
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and roll the pie crust into your pie dish, making sure to trim excess dough from the top.

Pumpkin Muffins
These pumpkin muffins are packed with timeless Fall flavours while also being great for breakfast on the go. Plus, there’s no fussing with crust in this recipe – just a straightforward muffin mixture poured into a muffin tray.
Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 1 can (425 grams) pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup cannabutter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Kick things off by preheating your oven to 350°F and grease each cup in your muffin tray.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cannabutter, brown sugar, water, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another large bowl, mix together your flour, white sugar, pumpkin spice, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Combine your two mixtures into one, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
- Carefully spoon your mixture into each cup in your muffin tray. Be careful not to overfill, as the muffins will rise.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are slightly browned and they still spring back easily when you apply pressure.

Caramel Apples
Caramel candy apples are another classic Fall dessert that can be made from home without too much trouble. The only special equipment you’ll need are wooden sticks to handle your apples with. From there, the cannabutter is mixed easily into the delicious caramel sauce.

- 4 of your favourite large apples
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cannabutter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by rinsing off your apples and inserting wooden sticks into the apples.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook your sugar and water until everything is dissolved and turning golden brown.
- Remove your sugar mixture from the heat and add the heavy cream, cannabutter and vanilla extract.
- Next, dip or drizzle your caramel mixture on top of your apples.
- Allow your caramel apples to cool and harden on a piece of wax paper until you’re ready to enjoy.
