In each Cheeky’s location, we’ve prioritized creating a warm and welcoming environment. We’re aiming to connect with every cannabis lover – whether you’re 19 or 119. Unlike some of our competition, Cheeky’s stores are well lit, styles with thoughtful décor, and staffed with some of the best people in the biz.

Regardless of how much you know or your comfort level around cannabis products, our Budtenders will be happy to help by answering questions, recommending products, and being there for support. It’s what we do, and we love it!

If there is a cannabis related product out there, you can bet we’ve got it stocked at Cheeky’s. You’ll find a wide selection of consciously curated cannabis, plus a range of edibles, clothing, topicals, accessories, and more. There’s something for everyone at Cheeky’s.

The Neighbourhood Approach

When we’re on the hunt for a new home for a Cheeky’s location, we rely on what we call the “Neighbourhood Shop” approach. The strategy is focused on convenience for shoppers. What we do is search for a location that already has important and popular retail destinations like a grocery store, coffee shop, and liquor store. That way, when you’re on your way home from work on heading out for a weekend getaway, all the important stops you need to make are accessible from the same parking lot.

Committed to the Community

Since Cheeky’s first opened its doors in 2020, we’ve made a priority to be a good neighbour within the community. For the Fraser Valley and Vancouver areas we serve, we’ve implemented a couple different initiatives to make our communities stronger and give back to those in need.

Our Green Gratitude program is the main funnel of support for Cheeky’s, dedicated to an issue very much at the forefront here on the Lower Mainland – homelessness. But it started long before Cheeky’s ever opened its doors. In 2013, our owner Laura Rowse helped launch the first ever safe housing project in Cambodia for World Housing, a global organization dedicated to providing housing to the vulnerable. Becoming an Angel Founder of World Housing, Laura decided to carry on the commitment through Cheeky’s as well.

There are a couple of main ways money is funneled from Cheeky’s to World Housing via our Green Gratitude program. At our Maple Ridge location, we have an on-site ATM. This ATM charges a $2 transaction fee – 100% of which is donated. At our Kitsilano location, we offer a gift wrapping by donation service near the holiday season.

Neighbourhood cleanups

Besides our Green Gratitude program, Cheeky’s is involved in other initiatives right here in the communities we serve. Once per month we host a beach cleanup, where we select a beach, and all staff members take a couple hours out of their morning to rid the area of litter.

We’re also committed to keeping the sidewalks clean around each location. And we’ll even take it a step further. In an effort to be the best ever neighbours, we’ll extend our cleanup to the entire one-block radius, picking up trash and disposing of it responsibly.
