Cannabis-Infused Cocktails for Summer Without the Booze

If you want to consume cannabis in more of a social setting among friends, cannabis-infused cocktails could be the way to go. They’re portable, don’t leave a smell, and are extremely delicious. It could be just what you need on a hot summer day.

In this article, we’re sharing some of our favourite summertime cocktail recipes infused with cannabis. While these drinks all are alcohol free and rely on cannabis as a substitute, you should be very mindful of the dosage you infuse and feel free to adjust as you see fit.

Infused Simple Syrup

You’re going to need some infused simple syrup, which will act as the primary cannabis source and sweetener for most cocktails. Here’s a basic recipe to try:

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable glycerin
  • 2 grams dried cannabis flower, ground

To make the simple syrup, simply boil the water and combine all ingredients at boiling temperature for around 20 minutes. By then, everything should be well incorporated. Let it sit for a few minutes, then add the mixture to a storage container to chill in the fridge.
