When you walk into any one of Cheeky’s four locations, our unique shopping environment is something you’ll notice right away. This is especially true if you’ve been to other cannabis shops – in our experience many are cramped, poorly lit, and honestly just a little ugly.
At Cheeky’s, we put a great deal of thought and care into our décor. From lounges with cozy fireplaces to beautiful vintage cars, we’ve definitely gone the extra mile to take our spaces to the next level.
Because we’re on a mission to de-stigmatize cannabis and create a better retail experience, it’s in our DNA to be welcoming. Regardless of how experienced you are with cannabis, our staff will make you feel heard and helped. You’re also free to browse, lounge, and take a look around! Far from a strictly transactional shop counter, each Cheeky’s location is a community centre with a true neighbourhood feel.
Customer Service
The cannabis industry is one that relies on a high level of customer service. There are a range of products available designed for different consumption methods and of various potencies. It’s a lot to learn. That’s why having patient and experienced staff is crucial.
Unfortunately, the level of customer service available at some cannabis shops can be lacking. But at Cheeky’s, we pride ourselves on being not only welcoming and friendly, but highly knowledgeable.
Depending on what you’re after, some products will suit your needs perfectly—while others simply won’t be the right fit. Some people will be looking strictly for medicinal benefits. Others will want to avoid the feeling of being “high”. And some will be after a relaxing high suitable for melting into the couch. Then you’ll decide whether you’d like to smoke, vaporize, eat, drink or apply the product topically. Our friendly staff will be eager to walk you through all the options and help you decide on a product that fits your lifestyle.

The world of cannabis is not what it once was. Thanks to legalization, innovation has taken the industry by storm. Now, along with your standard cannabis flowers, you can find everything from cannabis concentrates to delicious edibles to CBD creams and lotions. There are tons of different products on the market with new ones hitting the scene every week.

On the left-hand side of the menu, you’ll have the ability to filter the results by product type, price, THC content, brand and more. You can even shop online if you’d rather skip the in-store experience!
Arriving at a Cannabis Shop
Along with the shopping experience, environment and level of customer service you can expect, there are a few things to note before you set foot inside.
Parking
Luckily, parking isn’t something to stress over when you visit any of the four Cheeky’s Cannabis locations. Each location has plenty of free parking available. The locations of our shops have been carefully planned with a neighbourhood approach, which means close proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops, liquor stores, and other retail hotspots. As a result, our cannabis shops are found in commercial areas with big, free parking lots.
ID
Entering a cannabis shop is similar to entering a liquor store. ID is mandatory. The laws are strict, which means we ID anyone who appears under 35. You’ll need to make sure you have two pieces of ID on you, including one with a photo (like a driver’s licence).
No Consumption
While consuming cannabis is legal in BC, we do not allow consumption inside our cannabis shops or outside on the property. You’ll have to take your cannabis home or to another legal location before you enjoy. Try out the Cheeky’s Consumption Patio at Mission Springs Pub at 7160 Oliver Street in Mission.
