Candied Pecans

Sometimes you don’t need a big dessert – just something to snack on. These candied pecans are the perfect movie night munchie that you’ll be able to throw back by the handful. They’re crunchy, sweet, and a little bit festive too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tbsp water

  • ½ cup cannabutter

  • 1 pound pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 250°F and mix your sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl.

  2. Whisk your egg white with the water in a separate bowl until the mixture is well combined and frothy.

  3. Throw your pecan halves into the egg white mixture.

  4. In a larger bowl, add your sugar mixture and melted cannabutter into the pecan mixture.

  5. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the nuts are evenly browned and dry. Be sure to stir them every 15 minutes for an even bake.
