Fresh Spring Salad – Cannabis Infused

Sometimes you just need something light – a salad is perfect for the occasion. Made with fresh produce, and sprinkled with some sweet toppings, this salad is simple yet delicious. With limited prep time required (besides some chopping), this salad comes together in minutes. We recommend arugula or kale for this recipe, but really any greens will work. And don’t forget to add your favourite protein if you’re looking for a little more of a meal.

Ingredients

  • Your choice of greens

  • Sliced strawberries

  • Crumbled goat cheese

  • Candied walnuts

  • 2 tbsp cannaoil

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • Honey

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Find a big salad bowl and throw in your greens, strawberries, crumbled goat cheese and candied walnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl or small jar we’ll prepare the dressing. Mix together the cannaoil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and about 1 tablespoon of honey and give it a good stir.

  3. Drizzle your desired amount of dressing over the salad, add your preferred protein (optional), and you’re ready to dig in!
